I dont LOVE jonathan richman but I still think he's great and one of the most underrated rock musicians..EVER. he wrote some great stuff and whenever I hear him I think about my childhood cause When I was little and Me and my family would be making our vacation this lake about six hours from where I live [In michigan's U.P. I live in lower michigan], My dad would always play Johnathan and so thats why I think of being a little kid when I hear Him..ttheir great memory's, and great songs!

The best care scenario is he's high, the worst (and more likely explanation) case scenario is he's got a very serious chemical imbalance and needs to be medicate and hospitalized quickly. This man obviously has major issues and anyone who would pay to see a performance is aiding the exploitation of a very sick man.

Jojo's honesty exposes nearly all of us as handicapped in this way - at times he has been an evangelist for honestly and reality and God knows we have needed his presence, even when he was fighting a one man battle. 'Im Straight' was just the beginning of the setting out of his manifesto. I hope he lives forever.
